Obesity and Weight Loss

 Obesity is a condition that is becoming more and more common. Obesity happens gradually and tends to sneak up on people.

If you are obese, you do not need to stay obese. The following is a plan designed for obese people to lose weight quickly.

During the first week, drink as much ice water as you can drink every single day. Your body does not like cold water, and burns a lot of calories when raising the temperature of the water up to your body temperature.

Also, take one day out of the first week to eat nothing but fruit. You can eat as much fruit as you want to eat.

The best weight loss fruits are apples, apricots, blackberries, canteloupe, peaches, plums, honeydew melon, oranges, strawberries, and watermelon.

In the second week, you are going to keep drinking as much ice water as you can drink every day, as well as add another day that you will eat only fruit.

So, now you are eating as much fruit as you can eat for two days of the week, as well as drinking as much ice water as you can drink every day of the week.

Add one fruit day each new week, and continue drinking as much ice water as you can drink every day of the week.

Soon, you will be eating only fruit every day of the week, which is an extremely healthy practice, and you will no longer be obese. This plan works, and will add years to your life if you practice it.
